The Solution

Recruited former Speaker Newt Gingrich, former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy and civil rights activist Van Jones as campaign spokespeople

Formed the Opioid Survivors Council, consisting of patients, caregivers and former policymakers to serve as additional spokespeople

Created campaign name, brand and website and produced educational content such as videos, fact sheets and MAT educational courses

Conducted outreach to national media and leveraged the combined 4.9 million online reach of spokespeople to reach audiences through social channels and live online events

Created three grassroots campaigns: #AccessMATters, #LetsTrumpAddiction, #RecoveryNow; attended meetings on Capitol Hill; and launched paid media campaigns to drive engagement
