The Social Shake-Up Show, the leading social media marketing conference in the U.S., today announced details about the honorees of its third annual Movers & Shakers award program. This year’s list features a range of high-achieving social media experts noted for their work with both small businesses and big brands.
Honorees are recognized as leaders whose work has made a demonstrable impact for their organization or clients, or who have otherwise demonstrated their expertise as thought leaders in the field of social media. These distinguished recipients were chosen by a panel of judges comprised of social media and digital experts from several industries.
The Social Shake-Up Show received hundreds of applications for this year’s program. The prestigious list of honorees is broken into two groups: The Movers and Shakers and the Rising Stars.
The Movers and Shakers are blazing new trails in social media and have successfully shaken up the social media strategy of their brand or client through creative and forward-thinking efforts. These exceptional professionals are noted for their efforts in the categories of community building, social innovation, and general leadership.
Our own Account Supervisor, Casey Dillon, won the Mover and Shaker award in the “Community Builder” category for her successful work with the Advocates for Opioid Recovery in leveraging social media to activate the community on advocating for access to evidence-based treatment of opioid use disorder.
