Note: You must be listed as a group leader in order to add or delete individuals and see their course progress.
- Visit https://curastrategies.com/learndash-groups-plus/ to view your ORGANIZATION.
- If you get an error message, it is likely because you are not logged in. Visit https://curastrategies.com/#login to log in.
- Choose the team in which you want to add advocates
- Note, there must be a team in your organization already created. If there is not a team, follow the instructions for “Create a team”
- Find the Group name (i.e., “IgAN Foundation 2023 Advocacy”)
- At this point, you have two options. If you have just a couple of people to add, we recommend option one. Otherwise, you may want to use the .csv import option and use this .csv template. Please note, this is a public file. You should save your file separately.

1. Choose “Manage Team” within the group box 2. .Choose “Add Team Member” on the next screen 3. Add the email for the individual. 4. Click Save 5. They will receive an invite that looks like this. | 1. Use this template to fill out the information. Be sure to not have any spaces in your entries. Make up a password 2. When you have finished adding your information, export it as a .csv file 3. Choose “File”, “Download”, “Comma separated File (.csv)” 4. Go back to your group Admin page and select “Import List” in your group 5. Upload your .csv file and click “Save” 6. Your advocates will receive a welcome email 7. Note, if you want to add more advocates, delete the previous advocates and start over |
5. The advocates you added will receive an email that looks like the one below, but with their personalized information and group information.
6. Congratulations! You have invited your advocates. Now you can log in at any time and check their progress.
