Category: AwardsApril 23, 2018

CURA Strategies has been named a winner in Ragan’s 2017 PR Daily Awards in the Health Care Campaign category for its work with the Advocates for Opioid Recovery on the #LetsTrumpAddiction campaign.

Ragan Communications and PR Daily run 11 awards programs each year. Judged by globally regarded experts and featuring multiple categories, Ragan’s PR Daily Awards celebrates the teams, organizations and consultants who have redefined the field with their groundbreaking work. As a winner in the program, CURA joins an elite group of past winners, including Microsoft, Aflac, T-Mobile, Fender Musical Instruments, Chili’s Grill & Bar, IBM and Esurance.

CURA was chosen from a wide pool of entries to receive first prize in Health Care Campaign for the ingenuity and impact of the #LetsTrumpAddiction campaign.

“Out of many outstanding submissions, we found CURA Strategies’ work to truly set a new standard of excellence for all corporate communications professionals. We congratulate them and look forward to seeing their future successes in this field,” said Justine Figueroa, senior marketing coordinator for awards programs at Ragan Communications.

CURA also received the honorable mentions in the following categories:

  • Print Publication – for its work with the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH)’s Purchaser Value Network in developing toolkits to empower employers to advance value-based care
  • Social Media Campaign – for the #LetsTrumpAddiction campaign
