Love transforming health care through integrated communications
Our team is passionate about improving health care. We are intellectually curious at our core. We are lifelong learners. We push ourselves to go beyond what we know, observe and experience to see things differently and we foster a culture of creativity. We seek to understand opportunities and challenges of the current system and embrace new approaches and creative ideas to accelerate improvements in health care. We believe in the health care system not for what it is, but for what it could be, and work actively through integrated communications and advocacy efforts to make positive, transformative change with our clients and partners.
Serve and contribute proactively
The importance of our mission compels us to lean in. We take initiative. We are proactive and take calculated risks. We take pride in leading with a servant’s heart, looking first to help others and putting others’ needs and interests above our own. In fact, we created our own word to describe how serious we are about servant leadership: “CURAge.” Whereas courage is self-focused and individual, CURAge is others-focused and team-centered. It’s taking on our clients’ causes as our own. CURAge is bold leadership to improve society and help others. “CURAgeous” is not only our internal motto, it is painted on the walls of our office as a daily reminder of why we do what we do.
Partner with clients to deliver results
We take our role as a catalyst very seriously because we know lives are on the line and that we can improve communities through our work. We share our clients’ missions and we approach engagements as equal partners in a spirit of mutual respect. The transformation that both we and our clients seek would not be possible without trust and true partnership at its core. This is why we maintain open and honest communication and actively listen to our clients’ needs and goals to offer the best counsel for any project, big or small. We measure our work and hold ourselves accountable for achieving results, knowing that when we succeed, our clients succeed, and ultimately, people’s lives are improved.
